All UK orders will be dispatched from our UK warehouse, with free UK delivery.
2. Do you offer instalment payment options?
Yes, we do! We partner with Klarna to offer 3 interest-free instalments (0% interest). You only need to pay one-third of the total amount on the day of your purchase to secure your order. The remaining two instalments will be automatically collected over the next two months.
3. Can I cancel my order during the pre-sale period?
Absolutely. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you prefer not to wait, just drop us a message. We will cancel your order right away and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Do I need to pay extra for VAT?
Not at all. All prices listed on our website are fully inclusive of VAT, so the price you see is exactly what you pay—no hidden fees at checkout.

Vision Pro is currently available for pre-order. Orders placed now are expected to ship in mid-September.
Vision 20W is now in stock at our UK warehouse. The machine will be dispatched within 1 working day, while accessories will be dispatched within 7 working days. Items may arrive in separate deliveries.
